The personal information collected and used by EBOT and its affiliates is limited to the purpose for which our subscribers engage with any member of EBOT, as well as any other purposes explicitly stated in this policy.

When you purchase the EBOT plugin, you provide us with your personal information. By providing your email to EBOT or any of our apps, you give us consent to use your email for marketing purposes, such as sending newsletters. We may also collect personal information through your use of our services or website, as well as through any interactions you have with us. This may include information such as your name, contact information, and payment details.

Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes at any time. You can do this by contacting us or using the opt-out options provided in any marketing communication you receive from us.

We do not have access to, and do not collect any information about the conversations, messages, or attachments that you have through EBOT. This information is stored on your own server and is not transmitted to us.

Users:
We do not have access to, and do not collect any information about EBOT users. This information is stored on your own server and is not transmitted to us.

Other information:
We do not have access to, and do not collect any information that is transmitted through EBOT or generated by EBOT.

Slack:
When you synchronize EBOT with Slack (https://slack.com/), we collect the following personal information: team_id, channel_id, access_token, your website URL, Slack email, Slack name, and the Slack profile pictures of your Slack team members. This information is only transmitted to us once when you sync Slack. By providing us with this account information, you represent that you are the owner of such personal information or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us. All service data is subject to our technical safeguards, as more fully described in our Terms of Service. When you use Slack with EBOT, your Slack messages, attachments, and any other content sent from Slack are sent to our server and then routed back to your website. No data is stored on our server. If you do not want to share any data with us, please contact us at support@ebot365.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to configure EBOT to use your own Slack integration. Dialogflow and Google:
When you synchronize EBOT with Dialogflow (https://dialogflow.com/) to use the Dialogflow bot, or with Google services such as language translation, we collect the following personal information: refresh token, email, picture, locale, and profile picture. By providing us with this account information, you represent that you are the owner of such personal information or are otherwise authorized to provide it to us. All service data is subject to our technical safeguards, as more fully described in our Terms of Service. When you use Dialogflow with EBOT, only the refresh token (an alphanumeric string) is transmitted to our server. No other data is transmitted or stored on our server. If you do not want to share or transmit any data with us, please contact us at support@ebot365.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to configure EBOT to use your own Dialogflow integration. Please note that by using Dialogflow, you are also providing personal information to Dialogflow. For more details, please see Dialogflow’s privacy policy.

Messenger:
When you synchronise EBOT system with Facebook Messenger (https://www.messenger.com/), we collect the following personal information: page token, page ID. By providing us with this account information, you represent that you are the owner of such personal information or are otherwise authorised to provide it to us. All service data is subject to our technical safeguards, as more fully described in our Terms of Service. When you use Facebook Messenger with EBOT, your Facebook Messenger messages, attachments, and any other message types sent from Messenger are transmitted to our server and then routed back to your website. No data is stored on our server. If you do not want to share any data with us, please contact us at support@ebot365.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to configure EBOT to use your own Facebook Messenger integration. The types of information covered by this policy include textual information such as your email. We do not retain any other types of data related to you.

Data archival/removal policy:
We do not have a specific time limit for retaining your information, but you can contact us at any time via email at support@ebot365.com and request the permanent deletion of your information from our system and database. We will delete your information within 7 days of receiving your request.

Data storage:
We store your information in our secure MySQL database. We do not share access to our database with any third-party entities.

Cookies/Tracking Technologies:
Our website uses cookies for various purposes. These cookies may provide us with information, including personal information, about the devices and networks you use to access our website and services, and information about your interactions with our website. For detailed information about the use of cookies on our website (including how to control cookies), please read our Cookie Policy. We may also use tags and scripts in our website or emails to help us deliver cookies, track website visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine if an email has been opened and acted upon.
