These Terms of Service are a contract between you and EBOT, the provider of the EBOT website and related services (collectively, the “EBOT Service”). By using the EBOT Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the EBOT Service. In these terms, “you” refers to both an individual user and the entity they represent. If you violate any of these terms, EBOT reserves the right to cancel or block access to your account without notice.
your account
To use the EBOT Service, you must register an account using a human registration process. Automated methods of registration are not allowed, and you must be at least 16 years old to use the EBOT Service. You will need to provide a valid permanent email address and any other required information during the registration process. Only one free account is allowed per person or legal entity.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and password, and EBOT will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to do so. Your personal information will be subject to EBOT’s Privacy Policy.
You are not allowed to use the EBOT Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing harmful or disruptive computer code, obscuring notices or warnings on the EBOT Service, interfering with or bypassing security features or limitations on use of the EBOT Service, or infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights and privacy. You must not impersonate another person or falsely identify the source of any information.
payments and refunds
A valid credit or debit card or PayPal or STRIPE (or any payment services) account is required for buying EBOT services and the EBOT products. The EBOT Software and the EBOT Apps are billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you will be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) income taxes. You agree to pay for any taxes that might be applicable to your use of the EBOT Service or payments made by you in connection with your use of the EBOT Service.
You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The EBOT software or EBOT Apps have issues and do not function properly in your hosting/server/website.
- EBOT’s support team has verified the issue and has been unable to resolve it
- The issues are related to the EBOT software or products. You will not be eligible for a refund if the issue is related to your hosting/server.
- To verify and resolve the issue, EBOT’s support team may ask you for access (user, password, IP) to your website/hosting/server. If you refuse to provide these details, you will not be eligible for a refund.
violation of our terms
We reserve the right to fully investigate and prosecute any violations of these Terms of Service to the fullest extent of the law. We may also involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these terms. EBOT has the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or delete any data, accounts, or other content that violates these terms or that is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Any termination of your account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account, denied access to your account, and the removal of all content in your account.
Apps
Slack App:
The Slack app is provided free of charge, but we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if necessary. This may occur if we receive or send too many messages, as the integration requires our servers to process every message, which incurs costs. If we decide to stop the service, we will contact you beforehand to notify you and discuss potential solutions. We will also provide you with a technical guide to continue using the app without our servers or offer a full refund for the app.
Messenger App:
The Messenger app is provided free of charge, but we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if necessary. This may occur if we receive or send too many messages, as the integration requires our servers to process every message, which incurs costs. If we decide to stop the service, we will contact you beforehand to notify you and discuss potential solutions. We will also provide you with a technical guide to continue using the app without our servers or offer a full refund for the app.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
The contents of the EBOT software are copyrighted and the EBOT and EBOT logos are trademarks of EBOT. You may not duplicate, copy, sell, share, distribute, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS/PHP/JS or visual design elements of the EBOT software, EBOT Apps (Slack, Dialogflow, Woocommerce, and all other apps and addons of EBOT) and this website (https://ebot365.com) without our express written permission. Using the EBOT Service and software does not give you ownership rights.
